Ingredients

📋 400g Nefeli Greek Feta PDO Cheese

📋 2 eggs

📋 3 tablespoons of flour

📋 2 teacups of white sesame seeds

📋 1/2 teacup of black sesame seeds

📋 Nefeli Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil for light frying

📋 Nefeli Greek Wild Thyme honey for serving

Instructions

🥣 In a bowl, mix the white and black sesame seeds

🥣 Cut the Nefeli Greek Feta PDO Cheese into pieces and dab them in flour to absorb any excess liquid

🥣 In another bowl, beat the eggs

🥣 Dip each piece of feta cheese into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the sesame seed mixture

🥣 Place the coated cheese pieces on greaseproof paper and put them in the freezer for a few minutes
