Split the baguettes lengthways.
Take the bottom half of the first baguette and layer on the arugula and the lettuce leaves, add 2-3 slices of cheese and then place the sliced tomatoes on top.
Generously spread the Nefeli green olive tapenade and drizzle with some Nefeli extra virgin olive. Cap with the top of the baguette and enjoy this truly delicious and health sandwich!
For the second sandwich, take the bottom half of the baguette and layer the tomatoes along with some Nefeli Kalamata olives sliced (or pitted).
Add thin slices of Nefeli Greek Feta PDO cheese and chopped dill
Toss some more Nefeli Kalamata olives sliced (or pitted) and drizzle with a few drops of Nefeli extra virgin olive oil. Cap with the top of the baguette and enjoy this amazing Mediterranean sandwich!
