Canapé with Nefeli Kalamata olive spread & Nefeli Green olive tapenade

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat baguette
  • 50g smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
  • 50g Feta cheese
  • 6-8 medium shrimps (peeled & boiled)
  • 50g Nefeli Kalamata olive spread & Green olive tapenade
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
  • Few slices of cucumber
  • Fresh basil & dill

Cut baguette into thin slices

Top some of the slices with salmon roll-ups, others with shrimps and the rest with feta cheese

Add a teaspoon of Kalamata olive spread or Green olive tapenade in every slice and top with cherry tomatoes and thin slices of cucumber

Sprinkle with fresh mint or dill and enjoy this easy to make, healthy and nutritious appetizer!
