Greek olive Bruschetta

An irresistible appetizer made with tart, briny Greek olives, sweet peppers capers, garlic and herbs. Spread on toasted bread and sandwiches, top grilled chicken or fish; mix with pasta and green salads.


Ingredients: Mix olives chopped, sunflower oil, red peppers, capers, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
