The Greek cuisine is rich with appetizers and antipasti which we call Mezé. All of them are "small dishes" , some fresh and uncomplicated, others rich and lavishly structured. These dishes, using fresh natural ingredients, are not contemporary inventions, but have been set out on Greek people's tables for generations.

Giant white beans in tomato sauce

Carefully selected white, buttery giant beans and finely chopped tomatoes are cooked together with fresh dill and parsley to create a mouthwatering dish. A wonderful, nourishing and healthy delicacy. A vegetarian’s dream dish.


Ingredients: Giant white beans, water, onions, sunflower oil, tomato puree, peeled tomatoes, salt, dill, parsley, red pepper, black pepper.
